I purchased the HP Mini, because I travel all the time, so I need something light and portable.
In general, this Mini will be quite good, I had to refresh the memory, because 1 g was insufficient.
I like the battery life longer, but it is not really as much the battery.
Netbook came with a bunch of useless junk software I had to remove in order to improve performance loaded.
HP QuickSync I tried running, but when I uploaded on my otherComputer told me that I used her assigned number and needs to buy more licenses. I still have not resolved with HP.
Overall, the Mini works well, although I'm not sure if your computer is worth a small sacrifice for portability in the morning.

I had my HP Mini about a month, and I like it. And 'super portable and easy to use. You can connect to the Internet in no time!
I like the built-in webcam, which have many uses, so far, and the picture is better than most webcams I've used before.
The only thing I dislike so far, Windows 7, but, above all, why change. However, I particularly suited to this.

I absolutely love this netbook! Very compact and easy to drive, but it is almost full size keyboard. The display has good resolution. I downloaded iTunes and you can make movies, podcasts, view, listen to music, I can buy an external DVD / CDRW ($ 39.00), so I could watch DVDs and install the software previously purchased, netbook not a hard drive. Love 3 USB ports 2.o. I especially like the outside WI-FI on / off for air traffic.
